2021 Illinois Evidence-Based Practices Virtual Conference Series: Trauma-Informed Supervision

In this session, participants will learn how to apply the three E’s of trauma (event, experience, effect) and the four R’s of a trauma-informed approach (realize, recognize, resist, respond) to improve the effectiveness of supervision with all staff. Participants will identify six trauma-informed supervisory skills and begin to develop a plan for implementing trauma-informed supervision.
