Helpline Champions Workshops Session 2: Community Mapping & Outreach/Approaches/Strategies

Being a Helpline Champion is a great way to take concrete action to help those impacted by substance use in your community. We invite folks who are committed to changing how we talk about, think about, and support those who have substance use disorders to join the Helpline Champion community. Helpline Champions volunteer in their own communities by talking about the Helpline and sharing Helpline materials with in-person and online networks. Anyone can be a Champion!

About the Champions workshop
In two 2-hour sessions, you will learn how to build relationships, map your community, find outreach approaches that work for you, and how the Helpline bridges people to harm reduction, treatment, and recovery services.
