This season, be sure to carry the essentials
The 2020 holiday season is unlike any other before. With COVID-19 cases on the rise across the nation and globe, many communities are struggling to meet basic needs. In addition to illness, we’re also seeing increases in overdose deaths, especially in the Chicago area.
The Illinois Helpline has teamed up with A Dose of Truth to show how we can help each other this holiday season in our joint campaign, Help for the Holidays.
Let’s support our communities during these challenging times by carrying the essentials:
a face mask, hand sanitizer, a cell phone, and Naloxone/Narcan.
These important items will help keep you safe as well as members in your community.
To learn more about how to access naloxone, visit the Illinois Helpline website.
We encourage you all to share this graphic with your networks.
